Embroidery
We use a state-of-the-art Toyota ESP9100 Net machine offering you up to 15 colors in your design. Digitizing of your logo is done in-house to keep your set up fees low.

Screen Printing
All processes for your prints are done in house so each print gets individual attention and is done the right way. Whether you prefer spot color seperations or process prints, we can design it for you or take your 'camera ready' artwork from computer to screen.

We offer design and color seperaration for other printing shops as well. Please feel free to contact us for this service.

Graphic Design

We also offer computer design, static site web design or hand illustration. Whether it be a logo and business identification for your company or organization or designs for up-coming events to have printed, we have the latest software and the experience to get your idea to disk, paper or apparel. We work with very experienced printers who can finish your product timely and professionally or you can take the design on a disk to the printer of your choosing.

PRICING

 

Embroidery:
Name Drop (small) $7.00 ea / Name Drop (large) $10.00 ea
For logos: One time digitizing fee: $25.00
after setup $5.00 first 8,000 stitches, $1.00 per 1,000 after that.
If you bring us your apparel for embroidery the charge is $2.00 per 1,000 stitches.

Screen Printing:
Spot Print Setup Fee: $15.00 per screen (6 color max)
Process Print Setup Fee: $50.00
Print Charges $1.00 per color plus garment.

Graphic Design:
Graphic Design is billed at $25/hr or on a per piece basis depending on your needs. Please call for an estimate.
Web Design:
$45 an hour development for static page layouts.
Development fee covers the following services: vector based graphic creation, writing copy and layout.
Digital photography available and billed on a per piece rate of $5.00 if done in studio.
Flash banner animation billed at $60.00/hr
Minimum site charge $900.00
After creation of the site, maintanence available at $35.00/hr, minimum charge 15min.

TIPS

Remember, the simpler the better when it comes to most designs and getting your ideas across. Apparel has to be treated like a highway billboard - you only have a few seconds to say it or show it.

When transferring files to us, please use .ai, .ps, jpeg, .tif, .pdf or .gif files if possible. Keep them under 3MB if your design allows without losing too much information. If you are sending us a design that requires process seperations, keep the resolution to 200dpi minimum. The files get quite large and it may be necessary to send us a cd of your design.

Camera Ready artwork means you have a color proof (actual size) along with the design separated out into it's individual colors in black with center lines on the top and bottom. Maximum printing area is 12" x 12".
For a shirt that will be printed on both adult and youth sizes use a maximum size of 10" x 10".
